Rosewood necklace with rudraksha set in silver
Necklace made of rosewood beads with a diameter of 7 mm, with a large rudraksha seed set in silver with Tibetan motifs (34 x 20 mm). The necklace has a circumference of 70 cm. It is made at Atelier Tibet in Zurich and the pendant is handmade in a traditional Tibetan silver workshop in Nepal.
Rudraksha are seeds that are extracted from the fruit of the rudraksha tree (Elaeocarpus ganitrus) and play an important spiritual role in Hinduism and Buddhism. The name "Rudraksha" is made up of the Sanskrit words Rudra (a name of the god Shiva) and Aksha (tear), which makes them "Shiva's tears".
Rosewood refers to various types of wood from tropical trees of the Dalbergia genus, including Dalbergia latifolia (Indian rosewood). It is characterized by its reddish-brown color, fine grain and a subtle, pleasant fragrance. It is considered harmonizing and is associated with compassion, inner peace and protection.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
