Black Rudraksha Mala with a dark red tassel (⌀ 8 mm)

A powerful prayer beads strand with 108 Rudraksha seeds in a deep black-brown color—the natural groove pattern (Mukhi) of each individual seed is clearly defined and gives the mala its characteristic rough texture. A hand-tied red knot separates each seed, gently keeping them apart and making it easier to count mantras accurately. Finished with a wine-red tassel featuring a gold-wrapped cord.

Rudraksha — in Sanskrit, “Shiva’s Tears” (Rudra = Shiva, Aksha = tear) — are the seeds of the Rudraksha tree (Elaeocarpus ganitrus) and are among the holiest materials used in Hindu-Tantric and Buddhist jewelry. For millennia, they have been worn by yogis, monks, and spiritual practitioners—as protection, as an aid to meditation, and as a connection to the spiritual power of Shiva.
