Magnificent and very detailed statue of the White Tara, with a particularly finely chiseled robe.

White Tara is an important female deity in Buddhism. She embodies healing energy, longevity and wisdom. White Tara is often depicted as a peaceful, radiant goddess with a white complexion and seven eyes - a symbol of all-encompassing perception and compassion. She stands for the protection of life, the overcoming of illness and the promotion of inner maturity. Her worship is regarded as a source of healing, clarity and spiritual development.

This statue was made in a traditional artisan workshop in Nepal and is made of copper. The height is 22 cm.
