Weisse Tara Miniatur - Kupferstatue - Atelier Tibet

White Tara miniature copper statue

Small copper statue of the White Tara. White Tara is an important Buddha figure in Tibetan Buddhism, embodying compassion, healing and longevity. She is revered as a symbol of universal compassion, offering protection from physical and spiritual dangers, and is often invoked to promote health and longevity.

She is depicted seated on a lotus flower, symbolizing purity. Her seven eyes - three in her face and one in each of her hands and feet - represent all-seeing wisdom and infinite compassion. She is flanked by two lotus flowers, representing purity and enlightenment.

The copper statue is made according to ancient tradition in a workshop in Nepal and is approx. 5.5 cm tall. As this is a handcrafted product, the patina and fine details of the piece supplied may differ slightly from the example shown.
