Prayer Flags with Buddha's Eyes – Lokta Paper, Nepal
These prayer flags are made in Nepal from traditionally hand-made lokta paper. The design features the Buddha’s eyes (also known as “eyes of wisdom”), framed by endless knots in the corners.
The Buddha’s eyes gaze in all four directions and, in Tibetan Buddhism, represent the Buddha’s omnipresence and all-seeing compassion—a symbol of mindfulness, wisdom, and an alert gaze directed both inward and outward. The curved symbol between the eyes is the number one in Nepali script and symbolizes the unity of all things and the one path to enlightenment; the dot above it represents spiritual awakening. The endless knot in the corners embodies the interconnectedness of all things and endless happiness.

Brief instructions for measuring ring size:
- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
