Singing bowl with handle—hand-hammered, with a mantra engraved on it
A powerful singing bowl with a turned wooden handle, its darkly mottled surface marked by hammer strokes—each facet catches the light differently, ranging from a deep brownish-black to a warm, shimmering brass tone. On one side, a round medallion is engraved; on the opposite side, the mantra Oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ is inscribed in Lantsa, the decorative script used in Tibetan Buddhism for mantras and dedications. The six syllables are considered an invocation of Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, and are among the most common inscriptions found on ritual objects from the Himalayas. The handle allows the bowl to be held freely in the air and struck without a cushion dampening the sound—the vibration resonates unimpeded.
Each piece is hand-hammered and varies in design and tone.

Brief instructions for measuring ring size:
- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
