Carnelian is a bright orange-red gemstone that is known for its energizing effect and is often used to boost creativity, courage and joie de vivre.
Amethyst is a purple gemstone valued for its calming and protective effects and is often used to promote inner peace, mental clarity and spiritual growth.
Chrysoprase is a rare, bright green variety of the mineral chalcedony, whose color is created by traces of nickel. Its name comes from the Greek and means "golden green". The semi-precious stone belongs to the quartz family and has been prized since ancient times. It symbolizes hope, balance and inner peace. In healing stone healing, it is said to open the heart and promote creativity.
The anklets are handmade in Atelier Tibet in Zurich. They can be worn in a variety of ways - whether sporty or elegant, on the beach or at a garden party. The standard circumference is 21 cm; the anklet can be opened with two cords and can therefore be adjusted to fit the ankle.

- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
