Amber necklace with a Tibetan turquoise bead set in silver
A vibrant, long necklace made of honey-colored amber beads, ranging in hue from light gold to warm cognac—many of the beads feature dark, branching inclusions inside, making each one a one-of-a-kind piece. The necklace is finished with a large, barrel-shaped turquoise bead in a rich blue-green hue with dark matrix markings, set at the top and bottom in embossed silver caps from a Tibetan silver workshop featuring leaf motifs, with a gold-colored tassel below.
Amber and turquoise are classic materials in Tibetan jewelry and have appeared together on necklaces and amulet cases for centuries. Three small turquoise beads set between granulated silver rondelles divide the strand; the necklace is individually knotted and has no clasp.

Brief instructions for measuring ring size:
- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
