Citrine necklace with gold decorative beads

An elegant, short necklace made of round citrine beads in a light lemon yellow, clear and translucent, with fine natural inclusions that give each bead its own unique pattern. At the front are five decorative beads made of gold-plated silver with granulation and ribbed edges that complement the yellow of the stone.

Citrine gets its name from the Latinword *citrus*, meaning "lemon"; its color is caused by traces of iron in the quartz crystal. The necklace fastens with a gold-colored spring ring clasp.
