Turquoise Pendant with a Silver Garuda and Coral
A striking pendant made from a large, natural-looking turquoise with a vibrant matrix pattern, featuring a finely chiseled Garuda with outstretched wings; above it sits a round red coral. A lotus flower is carved on the back.
The Garuda (Tib. Khyung) is a powerful eagle-like creature in Tibetan symbolism and is traditionally associated with protection and the overcoming of obstacles. Turquoise and coral are among the most highly prized materials in Tibetan culture; the lotus on the reverse is one of the Eight Symbols of Good Fortune and is considered a symbol of purity.
The pendant hangs from an ornate eyelet. Handcrafted in a traditional workshop in Nepal.

Brief instructions for measuring ring size:
- Take a ring that fits well.
- Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (from one inner edge to the other).
- Compare the diameter with the table to determine the ring size.
- Take a thin strip of paper or thread.
- Wrap it around the part of the finger where you want the ring to sit (not too tight).
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length of the strip in millimeters. This is the inner circumference.
- Find the right size in the table.
- Measure the finger size in the evening, as fingers swell slightly during the day.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
- Make sure that the ring fits over the knuckle.
